How do I prepare yerba mate in this set?
Fill the gourd about two-thirds full with yerba mate. Tilt the gourd so the yerba sits to one side, then insert the bombilla into the empty space at the bottom. Pour hot water (around 70–80°C — not boiling) slowly into the empty side of the gourd, keeping the yerba dry on the other side. Sip through the bombilla. Refill with hot water as needed — a good yerba mate can be refilled many times before the flavour fades.
