Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue at info@yourritualhub.com.

Change of Mind Returns If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@yourritualhub.com. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date before reporting a lost order.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@yourritualhub.com. We will review your request and provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
