Candles
What types of wax do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax, coconut wax, and pure beeswax — all biodegradable, clean-burning, and free from petroleum-based paraffin.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes. All our candles are made from natural, sustainably sourced waxes with no synthetic additives or harmful chemicals.
Do you sell raw beeswax?
Yes, we carry both raw beeswax and finished beeswax candles for those who prefer the purest natural option.
What is the difference between soy wax, coconut wax, and beeswax?
Soy wax is plant-based, burns cleanly, and has an excellent fragrance throw. Coconut wax is similarly clean-burning with a naturally creamy texture and a slightly softer scent. Beeswax is the most natural option — it burns the longest, emits a subtle honey scent, and naturally purifies the air. All three are free from paraffin and synthetic additives.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by candle size and shape. As a general guide, our candles burn between 20 and 50 hours. Specific burn times are listed on individual product pages where available.
How should I store my candles?
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep them covered when not in use to preserve the fragrance and protect the wax surface.
Are your candles safe for children and pets?
Our candles are made from non-toxic, natural waxes and are free from harmful chemicals. However, as with all candles, they should never be left burning unattended and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan-friendly. The exception is our beeswax candles, which are made from a natural animal-derived wax. All other candles and decor products are 100% plant-based and vegan.
Incense
What types of incense do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of natural incense sticks, cones, and resins — free from synthetic fragrances and harmful additives.
Is your incense safe to use indoors?
Yes, when used in a well-ventilated space. All our incense is made from natural ingredients for a clean, pure burn.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at info@yourritualhub.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. As some products come from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Swish for Swedish customers.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify Payments — one of the most trusted and secure payment platforms in the world. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Gothenburg, Sweden and ship across Sweden and the EU.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Sweden typically arrive within 7–15 business days. EU orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we focus on Sweden and the EU. If you are located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@yourritualhub.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For orders within the EU, no customs fees apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and work towards using recyclable and minimal packaging wherever possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over 290 SEK within Sweden and the EU.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all costs. Contact us at info@yourritualhub.com to start a return.
