Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue at info@yourritualhub.com.

Change of Mind Returns If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@yourritualhub.com. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date before reporting a lost order.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@yourritualhub.com. We will review your request and provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this statutory minimum. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@yourritualhub.com before returning any items.

EU Online Dispute Resolution If you are an EU customer and are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right: You can initiate a return or cancellation directly from your account or order confirmation page by clicking the withdrawal/return link. You may also contact us at info@yourritualhub.com  before the withdrawal period expires.

Withdrawal period: The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item in your order. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full order amount (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions — right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. incense, certain candles)
  • Goods that have been clearly personalized or custom-made

 

Ångerrätt (EU-kunder)

Om du befinner dig inom Europeiska unionen har du rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar från det att du mottagit den sista varan i din beställning, utan att behöva ange något skäl.

Så här utövar du din ångerrätt: Du kan initiera en retur eller avbokning direkt från ditt konto eller orderbekräftelsesidan via återkallnings-/returdlänken. Du kan även kontakta oss på info@yourritualhub.com innan ångerfristen löper ut.

Ångerfristen: De 14 dagarna börjar räknas från den dag du (eller en tredje part som du utsett) tar emot den sista varan i din beställning. Om den sista dagen infaller på en helg eller helgdag förlängs fristen till nästa vardag.

Returfrakt: Du ansvarar för kostnaden för att returnera varorna. Varorna ska returneras i ursprungligt skick och förpackning där det är möjligt.

Återbetalning: När vi mottagit och kontrollerat den returnerade varan återbetalar vi hela orderbeloppet (exklusive returfrakt) inom 14 dagar, via samma betalningsmetod som användes vid köpet.

Undantag — ångerrätten gäller inte för:

  • Förseglade varor som öppnats efter leverans och som av hygienskäl inte kan returneras (t.ex. rökelse, vissa ljus)
  • Varor som tydligt anpassats eller tillverkats på beställning
